Welcome to Native88 . If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Native88's relationship with you in relation to this website.
Orders
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.
Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering.
Delivery
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Payment
Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is due at the time of order.
Goods remain the property of Native88.com until fully paid for.
Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
The Seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
Non-Delivery
The quantity of any consignment of Goods as recorded by the Company upon despatch from the Company's place of business shall be conclusive evidence of the quantity received by the Buyer on delivery unless the Buyer can provide conclusive evidence proving the contrary.
The Company shall not be liable for any non-delivery of Goods (even if caused by the Company's negligence) unless written notice is given to the Company within 30 days of the date when the Goods would in the ordinary course of events have been received.
Any liability of the Company for non-delivery of the Goods shall be limited to replacing the Goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such Goods.
Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods from Native88 shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of Native88.com shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Native88.com cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
Acceptance of terms
By placing an order with Native88.com you are agreeing to be bound by our terms and conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
