Delivery
Delivery of all items will be made by Royal Mail. All UK orders will be posted 1st class special delivery
Cost of delivery:
Cost of delivery will be calculated according to the weight and/or the fragile nature of the item/s as great care will be taken with packaging and where necessary delivery insurance.
For E.U. countries the minimum cost of delivery will be GBP £5.00 per order.
For non-E.U. countries and those outside of the United Kingdom, the minimum cost of delivery will be GBP £6.50 per order.
Delivery areas:
All UK mainland addresses and those in the Channel Islands, E.U, USA, Canada and other countries
Delivery times:
Delivery will be made within 3 working days (in the case of payment by cheque 5 days after clearance). For EU, USA and other countries, delivery will be 10 - 14 days.
Payment options:
Payments can be made by cheque or postal order. Simply write down the product code, a brief description and send it to Native88. Make cheques payable to Native Wisdom Limited. You can also make orders by telephone, please call our office on 0207 607 3730 (mon to fri 9am-5pm)
Returned Goods
Notification of damaged or wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
The buyer will be liable for the cost of damage to returned goods where such damage has been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.
